Homemade, of course. We had them with lemon and sugar :)
Ingredients (for 6-8 pancakes):
30g butter, melted
100g flour
300ml milk
2 eggs
Sift the flour in a large bowl and pour the rest of the ingredients into it. Mix well and leave the batter for 30 minutes (if you can). I have a pancake pan, but normal non-stick frying pan is fine. Heat the pan first on a medium heat for a good one minute.
Drop a tiny piece of butter onto the pan and swirl around. Pour a ladle of pancake batter and swirl the pan around to make a thin pancake. Have a peep at the bottom of the pancake. If it's nice and golden, flip over and fry the other side.
Eat them with lemon juice and sugar or with Nutella or ham and cheese for a savoury version.
