Raspberries and Cream with Crunchy Oats

Run out of things to talk about, for a change... Here's a recipe for a springy dessert for you :) You could add a drizzle of nice booze, like whisky, Crème de cassis, or Marsala wine, to the creme mixture.

Ingredients (for 2 people):

handful of porridge oats
handful of rolled oats
2 tablespoon of sugar (brown one if available)
150ml plain yoghurt
150ml double cream, whipped
a tablespoon of honey
150g raspberries

Heat the oven to 200C. Spread the two types of oats together on a baking sheet and sprinkle sugar on top. Bake for about 5 minutes until brown and crunchy.

Mix the yoghurt, whipped cream, and honey together. Squash the raspberries a little with your fingers and mix with the cream. Divide this into two glass bowls and sprinkle with crunchy oats.
